this was the party where i saw pee wee herman for the first time. odd to me. i thought he ... dunno ... wasn't really around as it were.

must be odd to walk around society with that whole incident in florida on people's minds ... even with so much time having elapsed.

carmen told me she had a crush on pee wee.

hmm...

odd.

then again, i've heard what rodman says about her.

seriously, room sixty-fucking-four at the chateau has something odd going on in there.

all the drugs.

the drinking.

the after-parties.

casting couch sessions.

for the past few decades.

i know helmut used to shoot in this very room.

as have many many many others.

i love shooting here.

i love this location.

i feel like i know carmen so much better. i mean ... i've been aquainted with her for as long as i can remember in the context of hollywood. dave ... is always cool.

after having nailed the stuff for the weeklies and monthlies ... i get to make some photos with the leica.

she always acquiesces.

but ... dave really wanted to be part of it.
