or, "on the street with uncle pervy."

dunno.

during the day on this particular street there was no one coming up to us and saying, "Exxxstaaahsee, Cocaine?"

you'd have to get closer to whore-church alley during the day.

at night, though, we'd get the drug dealers pretty much everywhere.

then again, you stay close to dam square and well ... there's a lot of people selling drugs.

we actually would fuck with tourists and say, "Exxxstaaahsee, Cocaine?"

we got a lot of horrible looks from people.

whatever.

we laughed.

luckily none were undercover cops!

there's some strange shit in that city.

this was one of the strange things i saw.

sure, you're blind. by `cweeks Does this qualify as a CWDD chris? Like or hate him, Chris Weeks is looked up to by a lot of street shooters. Outspoken with both camera and mouth, Chris deserves a lot of credit for what he does for street photography. He challenged everyone in '06 with the shootout, and has done so much more.. All the while giving his figurative 1000 words to every frame he makes. Cheers. ( Featured by `straightfromcamera )

So I wanted to share something...see I was studying neurobiology tonight and read a paragraph that reminded me of this photograph (which I saw 2 years ago...so awesome work to make it stick with me!)

Anyways..."Once again, cortically blind individuals can orient to visual stimuli (moving stimuli are most effective) as long as the retina and optic nerve are intact. This bizarre phenomenon is called 'blindsight'." It's a reflex that stimulates eye muscles and neck muscles to orient the eyes to the stimulus without the brain saying "OK. Look at THAT."

Cool right?! ...maybe i'm just a nerd.
