i don't know what it is about little mischa. i remember her when i first met her when she was like 16. i thought she was cute but ... there's a lot of cute girls in hollywood. cute young ones. even younger than 16.
then she got that part on the o.c. she blew up.
luckily her head didn't swell.
she's still a totally sweet girl and it's always a pleasure to run into her.
and ... she's no longer dating one of the slimy-est friggin' hollywood-hangers on. congrats mischa!
the last one i posted of her was over a year ago ... and ... i'm leaving this in colour for y'all...
eos1dm2. 70-200/2.8L. 1/250th. f2.8. 800 iso. minor levels. -4 saturation because of lighting colour temp. a bit of cont.
she's cute,
although i find that rachel bilson (?sp) more attractive,
dont know about her personallity though,
i prefer the darker haired girls, they have that something
however she does seem like an altogether down to earth girl, like she'd be happy chillin at a house party rather than having to go out and be seen at the hottest night clubs in la,
i would doubt she'd be one of those celebs who'd ring the paparazzi and tell them where there going to be.

This is amazing work, I love that when you interact with your subject you thoroughly have their attention. Especially evident in this photo and the one with Ms. Portman.
I've got a question if you manage to find time and wouldn't mind helping me. I notice that you nearly always shoot at 800 iso, I've been watching your works for a few months now (7+ I think) and I'm wondering how come your works never have grain? Is it because you shoot outdoors in strong natural light?
well ... i've known her for quite a while ... so ... the interaction is easy.
i don't know nat as well as i know mischa ... i know the up-and-coming young hollywood way better than the a-listers.
the iso question. basically ... the canon eos 1dm2 and 1dsm2 ... operate very very well at iso 800. better than anything out there. there are others that will say nikon is just as good ... but ... they don't make 10's of 1000's of frames ... nor get the input from scores of editors.
whoa. i love this shot. awesome lighting. mischa is really pretty too; she's so natural. i love her freckles. argh, chris, i envy you so much. i do. :{ i wish i had a job like yours. but hey, maybe i will in the future.

It's not really cold out until the dog has frozen himself to the fire hydrant.
Never saw the show o.c, but 've seen a few of her older moves, and she's a grea actor.
I hope she won't disappear in a few years.
