Artist's Comments

there was this girl at the pool. we were neighbors.

i mean ... we're still friends.

but she's not a neighbor, per se.

my daughter was 4.

my daughter met her.

my daughter spit water at her.

she'd come close and she'd hail the stream of water at the unsuspecting hottie.

go figure.

girls.

of any age.

they're as territorial as an alpha-dog.

ask cesar.

perhaps not.

he'd just say, "calm-assertive energy."

does that work with girls?

dunno.

but ... i thought this was funny because it reminded me of that day.

Marking her territory, how evil ;)

I like this photo a lot, 1 third vs 2 thirds, gives great symmetry, very nice point of view too

Well done!

There is nothing ugly; I never saw an ugly thing in my life: for let the form of an object be what it may, -- light, shade, and perspective will always make it beautiful.
